General Terms & Conditions

BOOKING CONDITIONS
A confirmation for a booking will be sent after receipt of the deposit of 50% (one night stay and from 30 days before arrival 100%) of the total costs.
By transmitting your credit card details or doing a bank transfer, you authorize us to debit all occurring deposits or cancellation and card fees.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We reserve the right to charge for a canceled reservation following cancellation fees:

90 days or more before arrival NO CHARGE
89 – 31 days before arrival 60% of total costs
30 – 10 days before arrival 80% of total costs
9 days or no-shows 100% of total costs
Early departure 100% of total costs

Reservations are only considered as canceled if received in writing and confirmed by Keren’s Vine in writing.

Should an unforeseen event prevent your trip, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can keep the cancellation costs as low as possible. For refund of already recovered deposit, the credit card or bank fees are deducted from the payment amount.

GENERAL

  • All tenants and visitors stay at your own risk. Swimming Pool and Pool area use at own risk.
    No liability shall attach to the owner or manager of Keren’s Vine for injury to any person or damage or loss to any property of tenants or visitors to Keren’s Vine.
  • We welcome kids from the age of 12 years
  • Children to be under adult supervision at all times.
  • The guest is responsible for all damages caused. Such damages will be debited to the credit cards of the guest.
  • The House and the Facilities are for the sole use of paying guests only.
    Room allocation subject to availability and management's discretion.
    All our rooms/bathrooms and public areas are non smoking.
  • No pets allowed.
